Please understand that we do not reserve unborn puppies according to gender. We will note which gender you prefer, but we cannot guarantee that you will have that option once it is time to assign your puppy.
We offer assisted picks at the age of approx 6 weeks via in-person or Facetime.
Your balance owed for your puppy is due at the time of picking your pup, unless prior arrangements have been made. If there are not enough puppies of your preferred gender, you may transfer your deposit to the next litter, but you will be subject to the current pricing. Deposits are non-refundable barring extreme circumstances, and I believe I have been very clear with each person I have spoken to.
To reserve a puppy, I must speak with you first. I like to make a connection with anyone wanting to add a Knox Family Puppy to their family.
