We take pride in how we raise our dogs and puppies, and strive to always produce only the best quality pet for your companionship and enjoyment. Please understand that our puppies are only sold as family pets/companions, and no breeding rights are available.
Outlined below, you will find our process for purchasing one of our amazing puppies.
**NEW POLICY EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1, 2020**
Click on the link above to fill out an application for a puppy. Once we have received your application, we will schedule a phone interview with you. This is very important for us to be able to establish a connection with you, and for you to do the same with us.
Once we determine that we are a good match for each other, and both parties agree to move forward with the process, we will send you an invoice so that you can pay your non-refundable $500 deposit. If you are interested in a future litter from a particular breeding pair, you may pay a **non-refundable but transferrable pre-reservation deposit of $250. Once pregnancy is confirmed, you will have 48 hours to pay the remaining $250 towards your non-refundable $500 deposit. If you do not pay the remaining $250 within 48 hours, you will automatically be moved to a different waiting list in order to make room for other clients waiting. You may defer your deposit only three times before forfeiting your place on any waitlist. If you want to be on more than one waitlist, you will be required to submit a pre-reservation deposit for each waitlist you want to be on.
Should you choose to defer your place in line until the next litter, we will transfer your deposit to another litter. Simply changing your mind about purchasing a puppy will result in you forfeiting your deposit.

After we receive your non-refundable deposit, you will be placed on our waiting list for an upcoming litter. Clients are placed on our waitlist according to a first-come, first-served order. Because we cannot guarantee what gender each litter will produce, we do not reserve puppies based on gender.
PUPPY PICKS: At the age of six weeks, we will allow in-person puppy picks for clients that wish to meet puppies in person. Appointments are limited to 30 minutes each. Based on your preferences regarding personality traits, gender, and color at the time of picking, we will assist you in making the best decision for you and your family. We may also limit the amount of puppies you will choose from in order to help you with your decision. Time spent will be limited, and strict hand-washing and supervision will be enforced. Shoe covers will also be provided. PLEASE DO NOT ASK TO BRING OTHER PETS WITH YOU TO MEET THE PUPPIES. THAT IS AN AUTOMATIC AND RESOUNDING "NO".
If you are unable to select your puppy in person, we will be happy to Facetime you and help you make your selection. This is actually how most of our clients select their puppies.
If paying via credit card, final payment is due when you select your puppy. We will invoice you for the final balance, plus 3% to cover the processing fees imposed by the credit card companies.
If you prefer to pay with cash, you may pay for your puppy when you come to pick him/her up. A receipt will be provided to you for your records. We do not accept checks at this time.
Puppies are to be picked up when they are 8 weeks old. If distance is an issue, we can arrange for a Flight Nanny to bring your puppy to you. All expenses are the responsibility of the buyer, and are paid directly to the Flight Nanny. If we need to keep your puppy for more than 3 days past 8 weeks, you will be charged an additional $25 per day for boarding and training, as well as any additional vet fees. This policy will be enforced without exception.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. This process is subject to change at our discretion.
