We take pride in how we raise our dogs and puppies, and strive to always produce only the best quality pet for your companionship and enjoyment. Please understand that our puppies are only sold as family pets/companions, and no breeding rights are available.
Outlined below, you will find our process for purchasing one of our amazing puppies.
Click on the link above to fill out an application for a puppy. Once we have received your application, we will schedule a phone interview with you. This is very important for us to be able to establish a connection with you, and for you to do the same with us.
Once we determine that we are a good match for each other, and both parties agree to move forward with the process, we will email you an invoice so that you can pay your non-refundable $500 deposit. If you want to be on more than one waitlist, you will be required to submit a deposit for each waitlist you want to be on. All money paid goes toward the final price of your puppy.
Should you choose to defer your place in line until the next litter, we will transfer your deposit to another litter. You may defer your deposit only three times before forfeiting your place on any waitlist. Simply changing your mind about purchasing a puppy will result in you forfeiting your deposit.

After we receive your non-refundable deposit, you will be placed on our waiting list for an upcoming litter. Clients are placed on our waitlist according to a first-come, first-served order. Because we cannot guarantee what gender each litter will produce, we do not reserve puppies based on gender.
PUPPY ASSIGNMENTS/PICKS: At the age of six weeks, we do FACETIME ASSIGNMENTS/PICKS for puppies. Based on your preferences regarding personality traits, gender, and color, we will assign/assist you in making the best decision for you and your family. We WILL limit the number of puppies you have access to in order to help you with your decision. To have access to a full litter of puppies is non-productive, and is overwhelming to clients. AS THE BREEDER, I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASSIGN ANY PUPPY AT ANY TIME TO ANY FAMILY THAT I SEE FIT REGARDLESS OF WHERE THAT CLIENT SITS ON THE WAITLIST.
If paying via credit card, final payment is due when you pick/are assigned your puppy. We will invoice you for the final balance, plus 3% to cover the processing fees imposed by the credit card companies. We will accept VENMO and ZELLE as well.
If you prefer to pay with cash, you may pay for your puppy when you come to pick him/her up. A receipt will be provided to you for your records. We will also accept postal money orders or certified checks, but they must be received two weeks prior to puppies being sent home.
Puppies are to be picked up when they are 8 weeks old. If distance is an issue, we can arrange for a Flight Nanny to bring your puppy to you. All Flight Nanny fees for puppy transport expenses are the responsibility of the buyer, and are paid directly to the Flight Nanny. The airports we are able to offer service through are EVV - No fee for me to meet you at this airport, SDF (Louisville International Airport - $250 fee paid to us plus Flight Nanny Fee), and BNA (Nashville International Airport - $300 fee paid to us plus Flight Nanny Fee). Puppies need to be picked up when they are 8 weeks old. If we need to keep your puppy past the age of 8 1/2 weeks, you will be charged an additional $25 per day for boarding and training, as well as any additional vet fees if applicable.
***ALL WHITLEY PUPPIES MUST GO HOME AT 8 WEEKS IF THEY ARE FLYING. WHITLEY'S PUPPIES ARE VERY LARGE AND THE CUT OFF WEIGHT FOR INCABIN FLYING FOR PUPS IS 20 POUNDS. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS PUPPIES FLYING FROM WHITLEY'S LITTERS.***
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. This process is subject to change at our discretion.
We also reserve the right of first pick of any litter without exception.
